What are shortcut keys?

Ctrl+R To align the selected words to the right.
Ctrl+E To align selected words in the center.

F2 To rename the selected file.
F5 To refresh the window.
F12 To Save As the current file.
Ctrl+J To align selected words to Justify.
Ctrl+F To open a Find window in an open document or window
Ctrl+R To replace the words in the document.

Ctrl+X To cut the selected item.

Ctrl+< To reduce the font size of selected words.
Shift+Del To cut the selected item.
Ctrl+Ins To cut the selected item.
Ctrl+C To copy the selected item.
Ctrl+V To paste selected item.
Shift+Ins To paste selected item.
Ctrl+Z To undo the previous action again, like if you remove some text from it then undo k then those words will come back.
Ctrl+Y Redo to undo what you did, like redo to delete the text that you undo and bring back.
Ctrl+K To add Hyperlink to selected words.
Ctrl+P To print the current page or document.
Home Use this to go to the beginning of a page or window.
Ctrl+Home Use this to go to the beginning of the document.
End To know at the end of the page or window.
Ctrl+End To know at the end of the document.
Shift+Home To move from the beginning of the line to the highlights of the current situation.
Shift+End To move from the end of the line to the highlights of the current situation.
Ctrl+Left arrow Use this To move one word to the left at a time.
Ctrl+Esc To open the START menu.
Ctrl+Shift+Esc To open the window task manager.
Alt+F4 To close the currently active window.
Alt+Enter To open the property of the selected file (file, folder, shortcut, etc.)
TAB To proceed to file.
Shift+TAB To move past this key the same way it moves past the TAB.
